What Happens After Possession
Your relationship with Landridge Homes continues long after move-in. We conduct scheduled checkups at six months and one year to ensure everything is performing as expected. If anything comes up, our team is ready to respond quickly and efficiently.

Landridge Homes will contact you to schedule an appointment at your home. Please allow up to 24 hours for your request to be reviewed and processed.
Please Note: Service hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, excluding holidays.
